Senior Client Manager urgently required for this national PFI Facilities Management service provider to manage sites in the Kent & Newham area.
This is a unique role which requires an established, pro-active Facilities individual to take responsibility for this new FM contract.
You will be involved with the development of the portfolio which will involve liaising with architects, building contractors, local authorities to ensure smooth delivery of the FM services.
You will eventually be involved with the mobilisation and sign off of the purpose built sites to manage a large team of on-site Facilities Managers.
PFI experience is essential, ideally in an educational environment however experience in other PFI sectors can be considered.
This is an exciting position with huge potential in a growing well-respected organisation.
Qualified to Degree level in a building related discipline preferable.
