Due to a joint venture win within the Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme, they require an Operations Manager to mobilise and deliver the FM services for the first phase of the contract to 3 secondary schools.
This position is crucial for the successful mobilisation and delivery of the initial stage of the project. Therefore, it is essential our client finds an individual capable of delivering this type of project.
You will be responsible for: • The effective operational mobilisation of the FM services. • Liaising with the client and construction counterpart throughout the transition period and ensure speedy resolution of any concerns raised. • Managing the delivery effectively and efficiently ensuring all service criteria are met • Acting as a key representative for the organisation on the project.
The successful applicant will possess a proven background in mobilising and delivering FM services to these types of projects. The individual will need to be a confident decision maker and be able to organise and direct a diverse team.
