A Building Services Maintenance Electrician is required to work on a large private residential estate in Chertsey owned by overseas royalty.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring PPM is completed in accordance with set schedules and to respond to callouts and emergencies as required around the estate. Due to the high profile nature of this property adhering to set standards in accordance with the Health and Safety procedures, and having a smart appearance at all times is essential.
The working pattern for this job is as follows:
June – September = Rotating weekly Shift: 08:00-16:30 / 13:30 -22:00 / 15:30-00:00
October – May = 08:00-:16:30
(Call Out = 1 week in 4)
