An immediate job vacancy for a Facilities Manager to cover Soft Services (excluding Security) for a very high profile government location in Westminster working for one of the UK's leading service providers.
You will be responsible for the delivery of Soft FM services to include Catering, Housekeeping, Mail Service's, Service Technicians mad Soft FM Subcontractors through a team of 5 service managers.
Ideally you will have experience of working in a similar environment (possibly government/local authority) with proven Soft FM skills with budgetary and staff management responsibilities.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS * Excellent team leadership skills * Well developed customer service skills and ability to cope with demanding and varied customer requirements. * Experience of managing a varied staffing team in excess of 50 (this role has 130 indirect reports) * Proven change management skills * IOSH qualification or equivalent * Budgetary experience and responsibility (£2M) with proven commercial acumen * Excellent project management skills * Ability to gain government security clearance
