Facilities Manager required for single site PFI Educational project for leading service provider in Newbury.
You will manage hard and soft services through direct reports and contractors. You will have responsibility to ensure safe practice on site and maintain excellent communication with the school, local authority and the contractors. You will also manage the budgets.
You will have previous Facilities Management experience and ideally have a building services or facilities qualification. An Health and Safety qualification would be advantageous.
The role is paying in the region of £28 k and is an urgent vacancy.
