Facilities Administrator - Northampton
Our client a large blue chip organisation is currently seeking to recruit a Facilities Administrator to be based in Northampton.
This is a contract role and you will be apart of the facilities team, you will be responsible for handling requests of employees and tenants from a facilities and maintenance nature. You will work closely with both external and internal customers to continue and improve service levels. Whilst also dealing with invoicing, purchase orders, rental statements, maintaining and updating files as required and also being responsible for co-ordinating the facilities helpdesk requests.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Previous customer experience an asset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management abilities and organization skills.
Our client is willing to offer successful candidates a basic salary ranging from £18,000 - £20,000 (depending on candidates experience).
