The purpose of the job is to have day-to-day operational control of set contracts, to ensure profitability and growth of existing/new business within the Mobile and Projects Business unit through the provision of high quality service to our Customers, within budgetary restraints and using client processes. The post holder will be assisting the Contracts Manager with a portfolio of c. £2million. Ideally candidates who wish to apply will have operational supervisory experience, technical expertise and qualifications in a Building Services related engineering discipline, possess knowledge of key operational procedures (planned maintenance systems, quality, health & safety, JDE and JDE reporting), maintain good IT literacy (word processing, spreadsheets and project management tools) and have sound knowledge/understanding of commercial and contractual issues. There will also be a requirement for UK wide travel and participation in On Call arrangement. |
