My client is one of the largest and leading support services organisations in the UK, with an excellent reputation and impressive turnover.
This role is to work on a large total facilities management contract with a prestigious business.
Focusing on 1 large site you will be responsible for managing the outsourced soft services contracts and proactively manage customer satisfaction.
You will also be involved with management of an assistant and some 40 indirect staff members.
Ideally you will have strong health & safety knowledge and experience of managing facility services in a large organisation as well as strong contractor management skills.
This is an active and visible role requiring excellent customer relationship skills. Working as part of a team, you will be expected to ensure a high standard of service is maintained and provide a professional, friendly and capable service at all times.
