Assistant Facilities Manager required to work on site for a leading service provider organisation at a Top 25 blue chip client HQ building.
You will be a strong facilities professional who is able to work alone and manage teams without supervision.
Reporting into the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for managing sub contractor team on site, subcontractor performance and issue management, budget management as well as ensuring all quality systems and procedures are followed.
You will ideally have experience of working on a HQ or large customer site and be comfortable with managing the site alone as and when required.
This is an active and visible role requiring excellent customer relationship skills and requires candidates with a confident and approachable manor.
