An exciting opportunity for a qualified environmental project manager to utilise their skills in a sector that will make a real impact to the future of power generation in the UK.
You will be responsible for site screening, selection, planning and development for the location of wind farms across England and Wales, with all the technical, negotiation and interpersonal duties that such large developments entail.
Proven EIA skills and management of development projects is required, though particular project knowledge is not essential. More important will be your transferable skills and confidence and exposure to liaison and negotiation with landowners, local authorities and other stakeholders.
