To work within the Environmental Test Laboratory performing tasks including:
Assembly of test fixtures and installation of test items.
Operation of test facilities and measuring instrumentation (after training period)
Facility and instrumentation preparation.
Participation in facility maintenance.
Requirement for flexible approach to working methods and shift patterns.
Qualifications and/or Skills
Essential:
Good attainment at GCSE level in Maths and Science.
With aptitude and interest in mechanical / electronics
Previous Experience
Essential: Mechanical background:
Desirable: Experience in one or more of the Vibration, Thermal Vac or Climatic testing disciplines
Successful candidates will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment. |
