The main duties will include: Managing all utilities accounts for the council buildings, including dealing with queries. Organising new suppliers and removals Identify and organise repair of water leaks, including refunds on loss of water Take strategic view on the energy scope and workload Liaise with council finance division regarding interface between systems and payment mechanisms Work with Asset Management Manager to identify environmental improvement projects and to measure their effectiveness To monitor and report energy usage against council targets Qualifications and experience: Candidates applying should have a formal qualification or 5 years experience from within the energy field. |
