They are currently looking to recruit a Technical Leader in the area of Air Quality to be based out of their Brighton office although you will be required to travel on a national and international basis frequently. The main aspect of the role will see you managing the air quality sub-management team as well as being responsible for business development and programme management. You will also provide technical leadership for the air quality business for the whole company which is a highly prestigious and challenging role and for the right individual will propel them up the career ladder. The successful will have a solid academic background that will include a science related first degree and a postgraduate degree specialising ideally in the air quality field although this isn’t essential. Responsibilities of the position will see you working on a wide range sectors like air quality impact assessments, air quality monitoring programmes and Pollution Prevention and Control (PPC) permit applications and support. You will also provide specialist services for clients in the energy sector working on emissions modeling, carbon footprinting and CO₂ assessments.
