They are now seeking a number of Engineering and Technical Managers to be based at their sites in Stevenage and Portsmouth:
Integration Manager You will be responsible for a Mechanical and Electromechanical team of up to 25 staff to provide facilities, equipment and manpower to enable mechanical assembly and electrical integration operational phases of projects. HND/Degree qualified, you will possess proven experience within an assembly or production environment.
Payload Manager With a sound technical background and a proven ability to interface with customers you will take responsibility for a telecommunications payload. You will lead the payload team, co-ordinate programme activities, take leadership of payload proposals and provide the customer interface. You should possess a demonstrable background in the space, aerospace or defence sectors with proven project or engineering management capabilities.
Hardware Section Leader Your role will involve leading a team of skilled Design Engineers carrying out design of complex digital and analogue electronics for a range of satellite equipment. You should possess knowledge and experience of digital circuit design including combinational, sequential, algorithmic, synchronous and asynchronous circuits. FPGA/VHDL experience and design for manufacture and test is also beneficial.
Engineering Manager Working within a world class Antenna group, your role will be to manage the group engineering resource to ensure that the workload requirements across projects, proposals, R&D and process improvements is satisfied. Degree qualified in an engineering discipline you will have significant design experience in antenna systems and equipment ideally for the space environment.
