Field Service Engineer
Purely based on their current expansion programme the need has now arisen for a superb Field Service Engineer to join a highly organised Service Department. Their business is in the Medical and Life Sciences market, with fantastic market coverage in the UK and abroad.
Your role is to complete various field duties, which will include installation, commissioning, fault find and repair (FF&R), upgrade, reactive & planned preventative maintenance and product training on various products. You will also liaise with the sales team with regards to new clients in your territory and be involved in quarterly meetings to do with customer relations.
To be considered for this opportunity your CV will need to display the following profile:
- Equivalent Qualification to HND Electronics & Experience in a Field Customer Support role
- Great Installation, Commissioning, Upgrading Equipment, Fault Find and Repair, Reactive & Planned Preventative Maintenance and Customer Training Skills.
- Experience of PLC's, Industrial PC's or Networking Skills
- Experience in the Medical, Science or Pharmaceutical Industry
You will be provided with a brilliant training programme within your first year, which will include Internal, External, and on the Job Training. Your starting salary will be within the realm of £25,000 - £30,000, Company Bonus plus (£3000 - £5000), Contributory Pension, Company Car or Car Allowance.
