Key Responsibility: - Respond to reactive help desk requests. - Respond to emergency breakdowns and carry out repairs wherever possible. - Carry out planned preventive maintenance. - Communicate clearly with all levels of personnel, including prompt, clearly written records of the work undertaken. - Ensure all key performance indicators and service level agreements are adhered to. - Carry out daily tours and repair or report any defects found. - Ensure that all logs and paperwork is filled in correctly and kept up to date. - Ensure all activities are compliant with statutory health, safety and environmental requirements. - Monitoring of work performance and standard. - Attainment of customer satisfaction. - Client liaison. - Support of other teams on site to run the building.
Qualifications: An electrically skilled engineer, with a proven track record, and a sound knowledge of Electrical Maintenance. Apprenticeship served and qualified to a minimum of 236 part 1, 2 and part C. 16th Edition & 2391
