Skilled member of an assembly team manufacturing RF Hybrid Micro-circuits for space use.
Use a set of critical processes to successfully complete assembly tasks, maximizing yield. Must demonstrate the ability to work with confidence and competence to controlled procedures. Responsible for the completion of supporting product and process documentation.
Should have the ability to work independently to achieve space standard requirements. Should be flexible in dealing with priorities, and liaising with engineering, test or support functions.
Working patterns are 1 or 2 shifts
Qualifications and/or Skills
Essential:
Gold Wedge to Wedge Wire Bonding.
Desirable:
Working knowledge of MIL PRF 38534, inspection requirements for RF hybrid micro, & MIL 883 Test Methods circuits. Die/ component attach process expertise
Previous Experience
Essential:
Working experience within class 10.000 clean room environment to MIL PRF 38534
Successful candidates will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment.
