You should hold City & Guilds 236 in electrical installation parts I & II and the 16th Edition or equivalent. You should have previous experience carrying out both electrical and some mechanical plant maintenance to office or retail buildings.
You will be working for a large maintenance contractor in the retail outlets and offices of a prestigious retailer.
Knowledge in dealing with AHU's, fan coils etc would be an advantage.
