Liaising with service providers to maximise potential of the building operating systems Understanding implications of and ensuring all Service Level Agreements are met As one of the Data Centre Electrical Engineers you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of project, reactive and planned works on time and to budget, maintaining excellent relationships with the Client, client representatives and building users. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Service Delivery: Fulfil the role of centre of competence Undertake the Planned Preventive Maintenance to meet Service Level Agreements Adhere to the planned and co-ordinated work associated within the area of responsibility Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with client expectations Assist in input to management reporting for all KPI's Be fully conversant with the company's and site based Health & Safety requirements and to ensure Health and Safety monitoring and compliance Placing of purchase orders for materials, consumables and services applicable to site. Upkeep of the site log books and site filing Timesheet production Emergency call out dutiesControl non contract sub contractor on behalf of the Client covering: - Generators UPS Hi Fog Fire and Security PDU's Responsible for M & E systems for the site. Contract Specifics: Electrical distribution systems HV & LV LV switchgear & distribution system UPS monitoring and control / testing DC Power monitoring and testing Generators monitoring, testing, control and load bank testing PDU's and STS's Lighting, emergency lighting and small power BMS Air conditioning monitoring, testing and checking of data centre Air Conditioning units, including dry coolers. Chilled water systems and associated pipework Heating systems and associated equipment and pipework. Drainage, domestic water systems and ventilation systems throughout the complex. Quoting of additional works to Site Supervisor as required.
