Description Providing technical and pricing support to the order acquisition team and direct to customers from initial lead through to order placement/handover through quotation and correspondence for Equipment, Service and Control channels
Responsibilities
All incoming enquires are assessed, prioritised and scheduled Solutions and services selected & quoted to an optimum and competitive standard Our Clients standard template is always used for any quotation Ensure close liaison with sales engineers on all quotations Customer/SE is updated on any changes or alternatives to their expectations Incoming orders are validated technically and handed over to project team leader
Experience some experience of or in building construction / HVAC industry including knowledge of products and services some experience of direct sales, serving building owners or facilities management companies some experience of indirect sales, serving consultants or contractors Some experience as an HVAC service technician with some sales experience
