Senior Transport Modeller
As the Senior Transport Modeller you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of individual traffic assignment models for appraising major transport planning schemes.
The Senior Transport Modeller with be managing the team(s) required to undertake the above work
Preparing and checking technical reports, working notes, technical notes and client briefing notes
Reporting directly to the client and internal clients.
Assisting the GDTP/UK Transport Sector Business Development Manager in the preparation of EOIs, PQs and bids for the appraisal of transport planning schemes.
Developing traffic modelling expertise within the TP team.
Providing support to Technical Directors/Associates within the Transportation Sector and advising other disciplines on traffic modelling matters.
Required to meet existing work demands and to meet GDTP and TP UK Sector Business Plan growth targets.
MSc in Transportation
BSc or BEng in Civil Engineering or similar numerate discipline
Full membership of ICE IHT and/or CIT/ILT.
