What is the Role?
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager within the Consultancy or Public Sector looking to take on a new challenging role managing projects up to c.£5 million.
You have to have a proven client or consultancy background and be able to develop project strategies as well as manage budgets extremely effectively. In addition to managing the project teams you will also need to work closely with Architects, Q.S’s and M&E teams as well as the Clerk of Works.
Projects range from new build and refurbishment and PPM of various Public Sector buildings including educational, care centres and libraries. In addition to this there is work within the Defence and also work on the DDA of public transport stations and terminals.
You need to be, ideally, degree qualified and be able to bid, budget, plan and deliver projects as well as have excellent client relationship skills. In return the successful candidate will be offered an excellent salary and benefits package.
