Our client a highly recognised global leader in manufacturing Inspection systems are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their expanding team.

Your responsibilites will be as follows

*To undertake the design of metal conveyor and other metal dectector systems along with all associated components.
*To fully document all designs and produce all System 21 information requirements
*To produce CNC programmes for the manufacturing equipment
*To contribute to the engineering design and ongoing development of current and future product ranges
*Perform all other duties as requested by management

Ideally you will be qualified to HNC or hold relative working experience, be familiar with CAD Designing programs and be fully competent using microsoft packages.

It would be advantageous if you hold previous experience in design of conveyer systems or special purpose machinery.

Permanent position working 37.5hours per week Salary £20-£25k dependant on experience.
