ITS Graduate Engineer
Job description
The main duties of the Graduate Engineer include, but are not limited to:
Solve problems using standard techniques (under supervision)
Prepare design calculations*
Oversee the preparation of drawings by drafts people
Contribute towards the production of relevant contract documents and specifications*
Produce bills of quantity* (if applicable)
Produce detailed technical reports*
Fully comply with quality, safety and environmental management systems
(* Subject to supervision and within prescribed limits)

In the process of applying for membership of relevant professional body (insert specific bodies)
Essential Qualifications

Relevant first degree, HNC or equivalent
Essential Experience

Degree in numerate discipline
Excellent written English skills
Good communication skills
Experience in the use of various relevant software packages (insert specific packages if required)
Desirable
Previous Consultancy experience
Working towards attaining Category 4 project management attributes
