Our Client requires a Design Engineer to :Prepare foundation designs for tenders and contracts Respond to technical queries from site Provide numerical checks of designs prepared by other designers. Provide clients with the best technical solutions Liaise with Estimators and Contracts Engineers Support development of junior design engineers. Attend technical meetings. Prepare and present articles and papers on technical issues .Skills Required: Essential Good engineering knowledge. Experience of using geotechnical programs experience in geotechnical engineering HNC equivalent or degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering Geology Education and/or experience: Desirable Experience with both contractor and consultant Working Arrangements: Visits to sites and for technical meetings Occasional visits to regional offices.
