Summary of Position:
This role is for a Senior RF Engineer to work in Special Projects within the Military Specialist Communications business segment based in Essex. The candidate will analyse requirements, prepare design specifications and design complex electronic circuits with minimal supervision.
The candidate will contribute as part of a small team in developing solutions for use in Radio communications related products in a Defence environment.
Skills / Experience Required.
To formulate and derive design requirements. Devise and design to meet requirements. Produce specifications and documentation as required.
The Senior RF Engineer will have sufficient experience at this level within Engineering RF Design.
The Senior RF Engineer will have experience of circuit design up to 1GHz / ideally 6GHz, including Receivers and Synthesisers essential. Knowledge of the use of Power Amplifiers an ADC/DACs desirable.
