Our client has been working closely with a number of customers across differing domains, in response to there requests for bids, they are looking to grow there centralised proposals team.
This position would be ideally suited to a candidate who has experience in all elements of Proposal Management, from scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings, facilitating phase reviews, co-ordinating documentation, graphics completion, formatting and print preparation to forwarding of final proposals to customers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Production of very high quality persuasive, proposal responses.
- Collate potential re-use material.
- Prepare storyboards, identifying the customer questions, that require answers, strategy elements, themes and issues.
- Mentor bid team authors in the use of proposals techniques e.g. storyboards, 4-box style, call-outs, action captions.
- Production of innovative/dynamic bid material.
- Ensuring identified bid win themes are transmitted through the proposal documentation.
The basic salary for this position will be 30k - 35k (depending on level of experience) with an attractive benefits package.
