PROPOSAL MANAGER / HAMPSHIRE / £30K-£55K
* Proposal Manager required with a background in proposal development to work mostly at the operational & particularly the tactical level
* Applications are sought from managers with excellent liaison skills & ability to communicate effectively at meetings
* Knowledge of proposal development methods & tools also critical along with an understanding of the Proposal Lifecycle & requirements proposal submissions in accordance with customer domains (e.g MOD practices/procedures)
* This engaging role includes enforcing publication policies & procedures that cover desktop publishing & graphics
* Also highly complex duties related to co-ordinating development, planning, production, & delivery of proposals
* Work on defence & non-defence bids for a number of internal clients & as such will need to:
- Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, reliability, promptness, good judgment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Mature interpersonal skills
* Must also have the ability to prioritise & accomplish multiple tasks, take initiative & work with minimal supervision, command respect, work well under pressure & be flexible in terms of tasks/duties |
