Eden Brown are currently looking for a MNW Project Manager for a client on the Arborfield military site. This is a permanent role with a salary of £30,000 + BENS.
Successful candidates will come from a mechanical and/or electrical background. They will posses a HNC or equivalent in the relevant field of Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
Responsibilities include:
1) To carry out the project management of Minor New Works from conception to completion in accordance with recognised standards of productivity, quality and compliance with essential health and safety provisions.
2) To assist site teams on the delivery of PPM & Response Maintenance & Life Cycle Replacement programmes during periods of low activity on Minor New works.
3) Prepare technical specifications, schedules of work, contract documentation etc. Invite quotations / prices from the Approved Supply Chain; review/evaluate returned prices, liaising with contractors as necessary to ensure that prices are fully compliant and within the project cost accepted by the client.
