An exciting permanent opportunity has arisen at Mid-Kent College, who are currently looking for a Head of Division (Engineering) This role has a salary of £50,000 per annum, plus performance related pay.
The head of Division will line manage two faculty managers and ensure that the curriculum within their charge is well resourced, well managed and meets target pass rates for the soldiers at MKC.
Candidates interested in this post should ideally hold a management and a degree level (or equivalent) qualification.
