Job Title: Engineering Project Manager

Introduction:
My client is one of the world’s leading Naval shipbuilders, Delivering world class solutions in the Design and Build of advanced Warships, Supplying the Royal Naval along with many other Navies throughout the world, They are now looking for a Engineering Project Manager to join their state of the art Production facility in Portsmouth, This is a key role in the Technical Department, Working on the new CVF Aircraft Carriers, Reporting to the Technical Director and responsible for the delivery of Engineering design.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management of multi disciplined engineering for major ship design, Build or upgrade programmes,
- To ensure that the requirements of the project and ultimately the customer are met through the coordination of all aspects of the engineering delivery, including:
- Design information (including safety)
- Drawings and manufacturing information
- Materials and Equipment
- Integrated Logistics Support / Support information.
- To act as a primary customer point of contact on Engineering matters.
Applicant Requirements:
- Have proven experience as a Project Manager in an Engineering environment,
- Have a proven track record of delivery to time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction,
- Have excellent interpersonal skills,
- Have a proven track record of delivery to time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.
