CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT / HAMPSHIRE / £30K-40K
* Fantastic opportunity to join a specialist systems engineering consultancy & undertake business studies & develop thorough & well-structured reports & recommendations
* The challenges of this role also involve developing/maintaining strong relationships with customers & colleagues
* Also developing change management plans & all of the associated stakeholder management & business integration tools
* Manage projects using standard project management tools to control & report on progress & delivery
* Develop Business Cases for customers including building benefits management & delivery strategies
To apply for this exciting position, you must have knowledge & exp as follows:
- Managing/contributing to large change programmes
- Highly successful design, development & deployment of Communications, Stakeholder Management & Training plans
- Flexible towards working location/travel demands
- Process development and/or LEAN or similar qualification pref
- Significant business & project management along with some business consulting
- Delivery in a selection of the following industries advantageous:
* Central & Local government
* Rail
* Defence
* Airports & Airlines
* Aerospace
* Oil & Gas
* Utilities |
