This position would be ideally suited for a candidate who has gained experience managing large, complex bids within the defence industry.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and leading robust campaign plans and the establishment of sound business and personal relationships with key organisation and individuals.
- Producing and issuing bid plans.
- Driving process to delivery.
- Ensuring all aspects of the bid are delivered in accordance with company processes.
- Liasing with suppliers and sub contractors to obtain proposals and quotations.
- Planning and preparing meetings and company bid reviews.
- Monitoring current status of all live bids.

- Capable of meeting delivery deadlines
- Communication skills to ensure coordination of activity and clarity of key requirements
- Identification, escalation and resolution of issues impacting on the bid process

The basic salary for this position will be 45k - 60k (depending on level of experience) other benefits will include OTE, company car, healthcare, pension, life insurance and other benefits.
