Job Profile: Our Client is seeking to recruit Site Managers to work on a recently awarded Rail Construction Framework. The projects will be focused on the construction, refurbishment and maintenance of Network Rail Property in the South of England, East Anglia and Wales. Reporting to the Construction/Contracts Manager, you will manage and be responsible for the safe, efficient, profitable and timely completion of allocated projects to the quality standards required by the Contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a family owned, progressive contractor that has recently formed a specialist Rail division following the substantial growth and success in rail specific projects within its civils and property divisions. Following their recent framework contract award our client’s order book is very strong and can offer sustained workload with varied projects. Project sizes for this position ranges from £50k up to £3m
Personal Profile: Min HNC (or equivalent) in a building or civil engineering discipline preferred. Requisite experience working on site on Network Rail Infrastructure (LUL does not count). Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Computer literate in word, excel and outlook.
