Site Managers for £70m construction project in East Park Terrace, Southampton.
Job description
This large building contracting company is one of the largest privately owned contractors in the UK. The Area Manager is now seeking to appoint a high calibre Site Manager to work on the new building of 4 structures within one project in Southampton, Hampshire. The project is RC frame based, with 2 apartments up to 14 storeys with an adjacent hotel and office block which will be 22 storeys high
This construction is a GMP project. If candidates have experience of this it will be advantageous but not essential.
To apply you ideally have a strong background with a national contractor or developer, be able to work on high rise development projects up to £20m as part of a team on site and be professional, committed and looking for a career move to a strong, successful building company.
