Employing over 100 staff locally, this specialist refurbishment & interiors division within a major multi divisional contractor is about to commence a roll-out of several bank refurbishments in the South West.
To complete their existing team, they need experienced Site Fore-persons/Managers to work on the framework in accordance with the programme within the Southampton area.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, your duties will include overseeing the project, working within the agreed timescales, monitoring sub-contractors and maintaining health & safety.
Due to the nature of these projects, you will be required to work unsociable hours in terms of evenings and weekends and the role will involve working away.
Having worked in this capacity previously, you will be from a trade background (preferably carpentry) and you must have CITB SMSTS, First Aid at work and cscs qualifications to meet our client selection criteria. Due to the nature of this work, you will also be CRB checked.
This is a 6 month contract offering potential work thereafter for the right candidate. |
