My client is a small but highly respected practice, specialising in the development of schools and educational facilities. They are committed to innovation in their designs, passionately developing some of the most modern learning environments in the last 5 years.
To complement their increasing work load they are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to manage projects from inception through to completion. You will be working in conjunction with the Director on a challenging new build community hospital project with the aid of a small team of Assistants. Flexibility and acute attention to detail are essential, as is extensive job running experience. The successful candidate will become an integral part of a well established team within a practice which is continuously expanding
The candidate must be RIBA Part II qualified, hospitals or related experience would be advantageous but is not essential. You should have solid technical knowledge and knowledge of UK building regulations and be proficient in AutoCAD and have excellent technical drawing and detailed working drawing ability.
