Based in a stunning listed building in leafy Lewes, this Architecture and Design practice are leaders of their area of specialism’s – the leisure and retail sectors. 

They have recently celebrated their 20th birthday and show no signs of slowing down with age. Quite the opposite in fact. Their client list reads like a who’s who of national blue chip retailers and leading hotels, breweries and restaurants and they are adding to that by the month. Their reputation and previous successes with these companies means that they receive repeat business from virtually all that work with them.

As well as the traditional architectural services, they also offer interior design skills as part of an overall project design and management package allowing them to maintain a tight control over concept, timescale and expenditure.

With an ambitious Board of Directors continuing to win new work and impressive plans to expand into new areas, they now find themselves in need of an experienced RIBA Part III qualified Architect. You’ll be joining a fun and lively team of 20, working in a beautiful and historic building with the use of state of the are design facilities
 


 

The following criteria is essential:

  • RIBA  III qualified
  • Capable of running multiple jobs at a time and leading small teams of Architectural Assistants.
  • Experienced in running projects from inception to completion.
  • Has a high level of proficiency in the use of AutoCAD.
  • Experienced on working on both new build and refurbishment projects.
