Rail Site Manager - Essex - £34k - £42k –
Role Description The opportunity for A Site Manager is required to work on civil engineering sites with in the rail industry.
Typical rail projects include:- o Station modifications o Car parks o Property maintenance o Building demolition o Platform extensions
The Site Manager will be running the site from site setup to completion. Working to the work package plan provided, the Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the workforce, labour and materials orders, site paperwork and site communications with the client (Network Rail).
Required Experience A civil engineering qualification is beneficial, be it ONC, HNC, HND or degree background. Experience of managing a civils / rail worksite is required, but further training will be provided to fill in any potential skill gaps.
Employer Profile The organisation operates across various civil engineering sectors in the UK. These include: rail, highways, commercial build and street maintenance. The position is available due to large growth prospects from the latter stages of the year.
Salary & Benefits £34,000 - £42,000 + car or allowance, overtime, pension and healthcare.
