My client is a long established reputable Main Contractor in the Sussex area. Working on a variety of sectors and projects such as Refurbishment, Restoration and New Build from inception right through to completion. They are now seeking a Senior level Planner to join there team dealing with both Pre and Post Contract Planning.
75% of their projects are from negotiated contracts.

Essential and Desirable Experience
Planning experience over a variety of sectors, residential / commercial / retail / etc.
Confident in planning methodologies, logistics, management of design & procurement programmes
Commercially savvy i.e. well rounded planner on projects £3million-£10million who can demonstrate success
