Can you do the following?
To ensure that the installation of all M&E services into the building are; -
• Correctly co-ordinated into the fabric of the building, and do not clash with Architectural features.
• In accordance with the specification and design performance, and where amendments occur, these are recorded and agreed.
• To act as our technical expert in dealings with Consultants and subcontractors and advise site management accordingly.
• To advise the Site Management of progress of the M&E subcontracts in relation to the main contract programme.
• The primary purpose is to deliver to the Client a fully commissioned, good quality M&E installation within the required contract period.
