Established in 2001 and based out of Farnborough, with additional offices in the South East and Midlands, my client has a requirement to appoint a key member of the team.
Project running a varied portfolio including high-end residential, residential, commercial and industrial projects. There will be a requirement to lead from the front, a large part of this position will be spent producing drawings with the responsibility of 2/3 other team members dependant on experience. You will be proficient in the use of AutoCAD and have excellent working knowledge and experience of Building Regulations.
You will need to have a minimum qualification of HND/HNC or BTEC within architecture and construction.
This varied and diverse opportunity requires excellent communication skills, as you will be client facing and required to communicate effectively within the current team structure.
