GENERAL PRACTICE SURVEYOR
Aldershot, Hampshire
£22 - 25 per hour on Ltd basis
Mt client's Estate consists of lands, buildings and infrastructure including: airfields, dockyards, practice ranges, technical facilities, working and living accommodation. Principal Customers include the MoD, the Royal Navy, the Army and the Royal Air Force.
They work strategically with their Customers to identify and define their requirements for civil, building and infrastructure projects, with values up to several hundred million pounds. They have responsibility for delivering value for money projects through various procurement routes including Regional Prime Contracts, worth in excess of £2Billion, and Public Finance Initiatives.
They are looking for career focused individuals to join there existing team based in Aldershot, Hampshire.
Estates Surveyor
An Estates Surveyor delivers Estate Management solutions. They are the focal points responsible for co-ordination, liaison and management of a designated area or site. An Estates Surveyor achieves outcomes on a range of professional tasks on time, to cost and quality, ensuring that value for money is achieved.
Background and Main Duties
A general practice surveyor with Residential, Commercial and/or Industrial experience is required to provide estates surveying services to the customer, carrying out Land and Tenant valuations, give advise to Town and Country planning, surveys on properties and Land Disposals.
You will be required to contribute in meeting targets within the business and operation plans and provide advice and support to military clients, negotiation and completion of leases, licences, rent reviews and lease renewals will be essential.
QUALIFICATIONS
You will have a minimum of HNC in a related subject.
