Due to expansion plans in the UK they require a highly skilled individual to undertake current workload in PPP at bid and construction / mobilisation stage, to support the continued expansion in workload relating to the further pursuit of PPP Projects.
You will be responsible for:
• Managing the development of bid submissions for PPP contracts.
• Liaise with members of the wider group to develop accurate bid programmes and project cost plans.
• Reviewing project agreement documents to identify the risk and management obligations.
• Supporting the mobilisation of contracts
The successful applicant will possess a proven background in PFI/PPP, will be a confident decision maker and negotiator, and have a professional qualification in construction. This is a key appointment within the company and as a result the salary and package reflect.
