FINISHING FOREMAN REQUIRED FOR £25.5 MILLION COMMERCIAL SECTOR DEVELOPMENT.........
My client specialise the Construction and social Housing sectors. They offer Design, planning excellent service to all their customers.
The Project started in June 2007 and is due for completion September 2009. The project value is £25.5 million, RC Frame structure. The RC Frame Structure is up already and they are soon due to start on the Internals.
As FINISHING FOREMAN your duties will be to take control of the day to day organisation of the internal sub contractors. You will preferably have Public Sectors construction experience and you will also have a CSCS Card and be First Aid qualified (Although this is not essential).
You will have a proven track record at this position and have main contractor experience.
