My client are market leaders in the construction of sports facilities in the UK including natural and artificial turf winter sports pitches, golf and race courses and polo pitches. The Position - Estimator
Reporting to the Managing Director, pricing tenders and enquiries on behalf of the company:
- You will have experience of reviewing tenders and enquiries and prioritising to achieve deadlines and company strategic objectives
- You will understand customer requirements and respond to price enquiries with commercially viable estimates
- Working with the contract management team to compile tenders, programmes, cost flow forecasts etc
- Ensuring economical and efficient use of company resources throughout all activities
- Maintaining standards of excellence, ensuring the continuance of the company’s reputation and client satisfaction
- Producing significant contribution to annual turnover of contract work and related activities and demonstrate commercial viability.
Requirements
Although based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire you may be required to travel widely throughout the UK in order to visit clients, suppliers and sites.
