Major Project Design & Build Manager needed to lead New Build Academy's in Kent
My client requires 2x design & build managers to coordinate Design & Build major Education projects in Kent! These projects are due to start Autumn this year, and the work will sustain itself for the next few years.
You will join a site team with a traditional structure, and consult on design aspects / changes. You will be dynamic and client friendly as this role will mean you have to explain and coordinate any building changes to the client team along the way.
- The company has recently been restructured and the emphasis on Kent work has been consolidated from the regional office. This essentially means that Kent candidates can be assured of local work!
