Construction Manager Required
A large national developer is recruiting for a Construction Manager based over in the South East of England. The project is a fast track retail development, scheduled to take 40 weeks and worth in excess of £15m.
You will be co-ordinating, maintaining, and directing all aspects of site policy and build. Ultimately the project will be driven by you and you will be responsible for it’s completion on time and on budget.
You will be given an established team of Site Managers, Projects Managers and Commercial staff.
