Main Duties
- Utilise existing systems to maintain existing customers and develop new clients
- You will develop a systematic sales plan which will achieve the quotation and sales targets in the disciplines detailed to meet margins and capacities as detailed and agreed in the company budget
- Assist the development of a successful commercial business through personal endeavour and action
- Personal visits, sales development and negotiation represent a major element of this position
The disciplines involved are:
a) Air conditioning
b) Building related mechanical services
c) Electrical installations
d) Heating of all types
e) Mechanical services refurbishment
f) Pipework of all types
g) Ventilation and extract systems
The area in which their business development is to occur involves primarily end users and their professional teams, design organisations including Consultants, Surveyors, Architects, preferred Building Contractors, Project Managers, Property Developers where there is a commercial commitment rather than multi-bid tender situations
Experienced in the provision of business development, you will be a professionally qualified Senior Manager. Commercially orientated, you will be charged with developing the sales prospects of commercial and industrial mechanical and electrical services.

Operating as a team player, capable of leading and working in a team whilst displaying excellent communication skills and obvious “presence”, you will be given considerable freedom in both developing the strategic plan for the Company and its delivery within the core values and beliefs of the Company and Group.
