They are a Consultancy that specialise in building surveying and construction project management, providing an independent service to property owning clients across England.
They have an impressive portfolio of Social Housing clients and due to the expansion of their public sector division they are seeking a ‘self-starting’ candidate who is MRICS level or soon to be. Good basic surveying skills are essential as well as good communication skills and time management.
This is a good opportunity to join an expanding practice and deliver a front line Building Surveying service.
They are looking for the following:
• MRICS qualification (or near to MRICS level with proven experience)
• Social Housing experience.
• Knowledge of Party Wall matters.
• Specification writing.
• Building Surveys.
• Experience handling large scale maintenance projects and New Build.
• Professional work experience including Party Walls and dilapidations.
